ARTS has recently initiated its services in 2010, after the Afghanistan Information Management Services (AIMS) decided to change its role to an advisory entity and standardization center to the Government of Afghanistan. Before launching this Company the same group was recognized as “AIMS Product Development Team - PD”, which was established in 1998.
Since then, ARTS team has been working closely with Afghan governmental and non-governmental organizations, UN agencies, GSM companies and the private sector providing high quality software solutions, Management Information Systems (MIS) and Project Management consultancy services.
The immense software engineering and project management experience of ARTS employees strengthen its foundation and provide the company a wealth of capacity end to end solution its valued clients and contribute towards the advancement of the public and private sectors in Afghanistan.
