Narrative description of Project:
The assessment of Hilmand province government departments was conducted to figure out the capacity of government employees, any existing system of information management and ICT Infrastructure.
The following departments were part of the assessment:
- PDC secretariat in Governors office
- Rural Rehabilitation Development
- Helmand Valley Department
- Public Works Department
- Communication Department
- Education Department
- Public Health Department
- Municipality
- Finance Department
- Economy Department
- Alternative Lively hood (ALP/South)
- Provincial Council
The assessment of the above mentioned departments were done in the following three main areas:
- Human Capacity
- IT Infrastructure
- Information Management / Application
