Narrative description of Project:
Kandahar PDC secretariat and (CIDA) was interested in the establishment of a provincial project tracking system. ARTS tem was contacted to conduct an initial needs assessment of Kandahar provincial departments and PDC, providing an appropriate recommendation on the best use of information technology.

The purpose of this assessment was to analyze the line ministries department current existing systems, ICT infrastructure, and human capacity. As a result, ARTS team provided recommendations on how management information system can be adopted to facilitate project information sharing between different line ministry departments and PDC.
