Narrative description of Project:
Afghanistan is a country prone to natural disasters: earthquakes, flooding, droughts, landslides, and avalanches. This country has experienced an extended drought for the last four years, and every year flooding, landslide, avalanches, Mudslides, agricultural pests, and diseases outbreaks occur.

This Disaster Management Information System (DMIS) is designed as a tool to be used for, updating and dissemination of information to stakeholders and users for decision-making.
