Narrative description of Project:
The National Solidarity Program (NSP) is a national priority program of the Government of Afghanistan, executed by Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD), with funding from the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group, the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF), and other bilateral donors.
The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Department is one of the eleven departments in the National Solidarity Program (NSP) structure. ARTS team under the employment contract with AIMS developed an online M&E web application NSP that is intended to provide information to the relevant stakeholders on project implementation performance, process, outputs and outcomes by interviewing the community and storing the information back in database and make assessments automatically by the system based on monitored data entered into the system.
